Symbiotic relationships with nature.
Good afternoon 🎉
When house hunting all electric was a deal breaker on 10 houses. During the severe TX ice storm in February 2021 I fervently thanked God for having done so as the gas line in my fireplace was my only utility. Without that heat I might have died. For that reason alone I would never buy an all electric house
Transcript shows Raiders it should be Raters as in HERS Rater.
Hi Bill and team. Instead of blabbing and repeating the same thing over and over again, how about you actually tell us what to and show examples instead of showing what we're doing wrong? I get it, sustainability is only minimal and regenerative is far better, but you havent shown once how we can do it, making your whole speech irrelevant. All I heard in this talk was 'sustainable bad, regeneration good'. But you haven't told us how in 54min.
A septic keeps source reduction and water local. A sewerage concentrates disease and chemicals. Take lessens from Mycorrhizal ecology.
There's a guy in Nebraska raising citrus in a greenhouse. Let that sink in for a bit...

How this only have 400 views :( this is such good info, our future...
Loved this speaker! Very very informative and good to hear the CEC's logic about different types of construction.
Great Videos, very informative. But very quiet.
Please provide notes in the description regarding the list provided.
Very informative, thank you!!!!
Blu homes would be great for this,They are built to code and uniform as far as easy to install because they are prefabed and delivered.I am Build it Green certified.Easy because no building on site except the sewer connection and electrical. Blu homes are more fireproof than wood construction,I don't get anything for recommending these but I think the type of design is very good in my opinion. There are locations in Oakland were these small units could be built local and provide jobs and training all at the same time. This could include local electricians and plumbers Unions to provide training also.
This company over charged me
Nice tape tips Andy.

Lisa Torres Hi Lisa, I'm so sorry, but even though Bill was live on video for this webinar presentation, the images weren't successfully captured for use on youtube. It was a technical error, and we apologize that you cannot watch the presenter interact with the many props he used during this presentation. We hope we can do more with Bill in the future.
